This is one of my first really practical emails, so read carefully.

Take 20 minutes.

No phone. No music. Just a notebook.

Answer these three questions honestly:

  1. What drained me this week?
    Be specific. People. Apps. Late nights. Certain thoughts.

  2. What actually moved my life forward?
    Not what felt productive, what created progress.

  3. What is ONE non-negotiable for next week?
    One habit. One block of focus. One discipline you refuse to skip.

Now, the part most people avoid which is, execution:

  • Pick one 60–90 minute deep work block for next week. Write the exact day and time.

  • Pick one habit you will protect daily. Prayer. Sleep. Gym. Learning. Choose ONE.

  • Remove one distraction today. Unfollow. Delete. Mute. Say no.

No overplanning.

No 50 goals.

No motivation needed.

This is how momentum is built: clarity, simplicity, consistency.

Most people will scroll past this.

You won’t.

Use this. Then come back next week sharper.
